PS363; Big Things!

Big Things/Opportunities/Plans etc. are happening within PS363.

This past year has been a busy one; and after 10 years of Coaching under Paul’s belt, it is time for the company to officially expand!

Paul has added a few members to his team and a number of great partners to take the next steps in opening new opportunity to PS363’s offerings and clients. Some of these new opportunities include:

1. Key Note Speaking: Paul’s experience and tactics in coaching lead his clients to a feeling and sense of Motivation. As a true coach, Paul cares very much about taking the next step past just being excited about change, and through sharing his personal story and knowledge of what it takes to follow through, his key-note addresses leave you with strategic steps on moving past the brick wall we all allow to continuously hold us back.

2. Workshops: A new series of workshops will be added to our schedule beginning late fall 2014. Many times we need a jump-start in the right direction to aid us in figuring out what is in our way and what are the opportunities to seek third-party guidance. Keep a look out for up and coming specific developmental workshops!

3. The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team: Say you work on a team; is it really a team? or is it merely a manager and subsequent employees? Would you like it to be a true team? Wouldn’t you be more effective and efficient that way? Well of course you would! Within the last year Paul spent time certifying himself with Patrick Lencioni himself and his coaching centered around his best seller, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team. Patrick has recently incorporated the DiSC personality assessment to allow teams to be coached through their dysfunction, and Paul is thrilled to add this knowledge to his own Team Building workshops.
